Covid-19 In accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health
-Please enter the salon with a face mask
-Wait outside until we call you to come in
-Sanitize your hands often and keep social distance when ever possible
-Please stay home if you feel sick or have a fever

Cancelation Policy
​
We ask that you please give your stylist a minimum of 24 hours before canceling your appointment. Not showing up, being more than 15 minutes late and last minute cancellations can really impact our stylists. We understand that things happen, however, we try to resect your time, please try to respect ours.

Cold & Flu
​
If you are sick or contagious on the day of your appointment,
please let your stylist know prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Redo Policy
​
If there is something about your cut or color that you do not love after your appointment, please call within 7 days to speak with your stylist to schedule an adjustment. We want you to love your hair!
Product Return
​
Products returned within 30 days of purchase can be exchanged
for another product of equal value.
Cell Phone
​
Bomba Salon is a small sanctuary, so we ask that cell phone calls be kept to a
minimum & that speaker phone and FaceTime not be used.
Right to Refuse
​
At Bomba Salon each stylist has the right to refuse any client who displays
violent, aggressive or disrespectful behavior.
We can also refuse to service a client who we believe the expectations
of service can not be reached or negotiated.
Parking
​
Bomba Salon has parking spots behind the building & along Chapman Ave.
We also have handicapped parking in front of the salon.
